Premier Inn Buchanan Galleries is fabulous if you can catch it cheap - also their P.I. George Square (200m from Queen Street station) is very good. Best deal we found this year so far is their Pacific Quay (where the SECC & new Hydro are) P.I. - although a little further out.

The Ibis in West Regent St, which is a 5-10m walk from Anatolia, is about £60 a night for December just now.  No parking issues either.

Its the 13th Dec John. That's the busiest Saturday for Christmas Party Nights. I booked it way back when bossman first mentioned it. The hotel was just newly opened and I jumped at the chance. If it all fell through, I wasnt losing much, so took the chance.  I really was lucky.  :)
