If I was you I would sign up for a gmail email address online and register with that. I am on BT broadband but with gmail email and it worked for me, albeit with the email going to the spam folder

yes i know steve i have already been down that avenue as i used my wifes gmail address,and lo and behold ZILCH !!!!

I also had trouble with my BT internet.com receiving the e visa through
I ended up opening a new Hotmail account and that went through fine so maybe try that

I have a Done 5 different Evisas, with no issue.
