We used to have Tripe boiled in milk with onions,Chitterling,(pigs intestines,)we used to boil a pigs head,pull all the meat
off,put it in a bowl with seasoning,put a plate on it with a weight and made Brawn,Brains on toast,
in fact thinking back we were a bunch of ####ing cannibals but we had to eat cheap.Anything leftover was mixed with
spuds and veg,coated in flour and fried as Rissoles. Happy days.
