Same happened last year when my wife was walking the dog in Calis and also to my friends wife again in Calis a couple of months ago, description was very similar to this one , but they described the vehicle as a white run down Dolmus type van with the windows covered and the creep just drove up without getting out the van and started to relieve himself directly in front of them .
This definitely sounds like the same guy , if anyone can identify him or knows where this creep is from then let's get it posted on this forum and hopefully the police can sort this one out .
