He was but we will have to wait for 2 more weeks to find out what sentence he will get.

If you are lying in bed with your partner and hear a noise, what do you do?  I think everyone would first check the partner was lying next to them and then tell them they are going to check.
What did Oscar do, jump out of bed, get a gun with dum dum bullets go to the bathroom and fire 4 shots through the door.
I am amazed that the Judge discounted all the evidence from neighbours who said they heard a man and woman arguing. Also the evidence of Oscar saying they went to bed early, yet the contents of Reeva's stomach showed she had eating much later.

night and went to the loo, would you lock yourself in with a key.??

The Judge has already stated that he is a totally unreliable witness.

They should study Reeva Steenkamp and her family, not that creep.

His defense team are already talking about a large fine in place of

a custodial sentence.    And talk of a film. !!      Disgusting.

Yes, and he could be released on house arrest after 10 months and will automatically get a third off his sentence as a first offender, and potentially more for good behaviour.

He will spend his 10 months in the Prison Hospital.   What a travesty of Justice.

Since the Pistorius family have said they won't appeal the sentence, and the Steenkamp family say they they think the sentence is right and that justice has been done, perhaps the judge has got the balance of serving the vital interests of society, and fair treatment of the guilty party, about right? Just a thought.
