Television is full of people like him, I think it's who you know and how good your agent is.

Talent doesn't come into it. Paul Ross, Amanda Hart, Claire Balding ect ect come to mind.

I'd describe him as smarmy.

This is news to me..Sorry. I,'ve not heard of anyone disliking him with such passion before today. I quite enjoyed the series before. Ok, so he,s not Parkinson, but I find him OK in the mix of chat show hosts on tv.  :

I don't dislike him with any amount of passion, I reserve my passion for people in my life. I just think he's an odious smarmy creep and wonder where the TV companies believe the demand comes from for further Morgan. They decide on their favourites and give them show after show - including the likes of James Cordon and as mentioned Miranda Hart. Till the country is past sick of them.

Why not give someone else a chance?
