I haven't been into the 3Cs shop yet - but will be down this week, more than likely Wednesday. I'll confirm when I've paid it in, H.

People lead busy lives these days hamlet, and/or may not come on here often and/or may simply have forgotten.

I'm happy to leave it for a few days yet   :)

I appreciate what you say H, I wasn't suggesting the knee capping approach though  :)

By the way, I didn't pay in Calis, I paid via Paypal & you acknowledged, although you might have got mixed up as I paid my dues for the other fundraiser direct to Embrace.

Regards.  :))

To the administration team:

Sorry cannot think of a legitimate "bump" other than I want to collect all of the donations pledged by the good people of the CBF.

Time to bring this to an end.

At the outset, I confess that I worried that this was over ambitious, especially after the World Cup Bus debacle. And so it proved when I failed to fill the grid. This meant that instead of
£ 650.00 only £ 550.00 would be raised.

That was until the magnificent CBF membership rode to my rescue once again.

Through various degrees of generosity, some quite outstanding, I am delighted to tell you that you have raised £ 700 for underprivileged children in Calis and the surrounding areas.

So, no matter the size of your donation I’d like to thank each and every one of you.

PS If you were kind enough to choose a square and still want to donate please feel free to pm me on here.

Jacqui, kevin3

There maybe a variety of reasons why people have not donated.

They may not have been on the Forum since the twelve days were up, they may have, God forbid have suffered a family bereavement or they may simply have forgotten. Indeed they may have made a donation to another good cause.

After all it is a charitable donation and as such purely voluntary. And I am extremely grateful to everyone who did donate
