Certainly looks nice from the photograph Susie, but if one does,nt  drive and has to pay for transport, and a couple of bodyguards to enter Uzumlu, going  to be quite expensive I think.

I agree there has been so much said on here about Uzumlu it's enough to put anyone off going up there, which is a terrible shame. Uzumlu is a beautiful little Turkish village, well worth a visit, and only 4tl on the dolmus.

I agree Susie, it is a quaint little place, would not be my choice to live there, but I can see the attraction for others. So if you have a word with Fesetta to add free soft drink or a beer to their lunch I,ll pay the 4 lira dolmus fare and give it a try.

To be honest Des I have only been a couple of times myself this year since I moved down to Calis, but if it was down here I would probably go every week !
I agree it is quite a trek to get there, and next time I do go I will make them aware of your idea !

Where abouts in Uzumlu is Fesetta  please? I have been to Uzumlu a few times but cannot remember seeing it.

It's on the right hand side just as you get to Uzumlu, before you get to the PO garage

We do 3 course Sunday Lunch for 19 TL which includes either veg soup or chicken liver pate followed by mix Sunday roast and desert.  We sell around 50 of this every week so cant be that bad

i have already advertised the deal here before and not everyone is member of CBF  . Maybe you can come try one Sunday and tell the comminty about it ☺
