Merry Christmas one and all.

So much has changed in the past year and although I'm not big on Christmas, I'm looking forward to our first - of many, I hope - in Kaya.

It doesn't feel very festive right now - the sun is shining and the temperature thingy on our balcony currently reads 24C - but I shall enjoy a mug of salep and a spiced apple pastry later while we wait for Santa.   ;)

Wishing you all a happy, healthy and peaceful holiday.

The aroma of sausage rolls baking in the oven pervades the Sowten residence.
The first time I've felt festive this year !!! (so much better than the September start in the UK !!!!)
Our tenth Christmas 'abroad' in 11 years - If you are off work you might as well be on holiday  :D
