Shipping items to Calis
« on: January 26, 2015, 12:01:59 PM »
Hi all,
Anyone have info on shipping items to Calis.
Mainly small/medium personal & household items approx 20 kilos in weight.
Can you buy a packing case of certain sizes & fill it.
What shipping companies etc.
Thanks in advance.

Personally, for the sake of 20kgs, I'd book the excess baggage & take it with me. Far less of a lottery than shipping   ;)

For only 20kg better off bringing it as hold baggage, or get someone else to bring it as hold baggage.

Stick it in a suitcase or 2 and pay excess baggage. It'll be far easier and probably cheaper than sending it freight. Plus it's less likely to go missing or get delayed.

Don't even bother freighting it - been there done it, cost a fortune at customs and 90% was broken due to their unpacking to check and not repacking properly. Better and cheaper to fly with it !!!
