On many holidays spent fethiye &calis . We always went to the melody restaurant.  Selma & Figo always very welcoming. We think  the Sunday roast dinners  are the best around. Recently they have moved because of building work. They are now in Koco  calis just passed the Mekan restaurant which is the last restaurant on the beach.Well worth a visit very nice surroundings will  always make sure that your food is excellent

I agree the Pines is excellent value for money, but the food at the Fessetta and Winehouse Umzumlu are much better quality as is Kings Garden
One hell of a walk to build an appetite up though Mark.  ;)  :)

I had a lovely roast beef Sunday lunch at Nil bar a few weeks ago, in my opinion better than The Pines, Cafe Inn, or Winehouse, and very reasonably priced

For quality & QUANTITY, I have to heartily recommend Melodi Restaurant, owned & run by the wonderful Figo & Selma. Lorraine taught Figo the " secrets " of Roast Beef & Yorkshire puddings, in fact Lorraine used to cook the joints at our property in Akarca, & then take it to the original Melodi in Fethiye !! Well worth a visit , not just on a Sunday, but any day of the week. Figo is originally from Erzerum, & we have, on many occasions, enjoyed some of the fantastic , authentic dishes from that area, BUT best to give him a little warning first, if anyone wishes to try these, as he will only cook them to order  !!

First met Figo and Selma in 1997 when we came to Fethiye for a 2 week holiday Gordon, was the 1st Restaurant we ate in, Have been friends with them ever since, don't think they served Yoorkshire pud then, but will give it a try when I pop down to their new Restaurant at Koka Calis/  ;)  :)

Are you picking on me Desmartinson? I don't see you being sarcastic to anyone else's recommendations
