Phil went on a Nick Nairn cookery class and we thought it would be NIck Nairn but it was some other Chef.  Nick Nairn also has restaurants that he does not bother going to.  Problem is all these Chefs are too busy around the world making T.V. Programmes to be able to cook at the places where they have their names over the door.

When I fly with Virgin airlines I don't expect Richard Branson to be Piloting the thing!
