I remember a message on Trip Advisor warning members about Hotels in the Fethiye area offering private transfers as the people driving these vehicles do not have a Tursab, which means they are not insured to take passengers to the airport.  I recall the Oykun were doing it at the time.  Not saying the Golden Moon would not have that, but best to check first.
