Best Calis Beach Bar or Restaurant in 2015 - your vote

I like the front because basically, we are tourists.  We enjoy some good restaurants along there and also enjoy the atmosphere.  Nothing nicer than watching a sunset and then listening to the waves lapping on the beach.
I would suggest you give it a try sometime.

I agree Jacqui.  If we lived there we might feel differently, but for our few weeks in Calis we enjoy eating on the prom.  Not every night by any means as there are plenty of very good restaurants away from it but certainly for a few evenings.

Basically because she said she had never eaten at any of the restaurants in your list for Calis.  The front is included  in this list unless I missed one ??

We have tried the restaurants along the front over the past years we have been to Calis, we oftenly go down to watch the sunset, and have a drink, but to be honest the food at most of the restaurants we have tried are not that great, as we try to eat Turkish food if we can, and its mostly food made for Tourists.  As for atmosphere, we dont go away for the atmosphere of the tourists and retaurants, everyone goes to Calis for different reasons, and ours is obviously not the same as lots that travel there.

I couldn't agree more, nothing wrong with individualism and as Einstein once said

not wishing to stir things up BUT it always seems to be that the restaurant catering the most to English food and culture wins every year, please do not reply to this post as I fear that I will be cast out of the forum if this offends some of the members.
