So about same price really. So prices in restaurants here maybe not so bad? Lamb here has a wonderful flavour, does lamb in uk equal this?

Just had a look at sainsburys online shopping site, basic lamb chops are £10 per kilo, taste the difference are £16.

I don't believe they can.

We have always bought lamb chops in one or more of the supermarkets and they were just scrummy. Not the thick fat laden British chops, (usually New Zealand)
but the lean mostly meaty ones found in Turkey.

Cooked Mangal style in only their own slim fat  - OH  to die for. No cutting with a knife, just picking up and chewing down to the bone - yes!!!

GINBAL Kaya,110tl per Kilo but they are very tasty.
