Jeannie, I hope you will now p.m. The Inspector and give him this information.  The more people that do, the better chance of him being caught and punished.
I am really angry that this person has been annoying and assaulting women for 3 years and has got away with it.  Time for us to stop him and I am very grateful for the Scunner's intervention and The Inspectors help.

I have done Jacqui.

There is NO doubt that the photo is the right bloke. We experienced this reptile a couple of years back. The photo actually doesn't make him look as slimy and creepy as he is in real life.

Last year he used to walk round the streets ( in the area of the new bridge ) kindly announcing his arrival by shouting "balik, taze balik, balik" so I was ready for him, but I think the sight of me standing outside the villa moved him on.

Menthol, can you ask your friends, if they have experienced this guy, to go to the Police Station and report it.
We need someone in the area to go and complain.  I would do it if I was there now.
If it is still necessary, I will do it in September.

Some forum members send me PM  about how to contact police and asking if police line 155 can speak English.
It will be better if you can find English speaking friend or neighbour.
If you dont have somebody to contact on emergency problems.
You can contact our FREE emergency number.

Here is the Telephone number of ''Elite Style Emergency Line''
0 546 480 00 48
This line is open for your emergency calls 7x24. We have 5 English speaking staff here who can come and help you on any problem.
They will  contact with police for you and will come to your apartment and police station for translation if needed.

I do not know the people who have had the problem with this man - I saw the post on Fethiye ExPats Facebook page. I cannot get on facebook right now for some reason, so if anyone is a member of the Fethiye Ex Pats page reading this right now and can prompt any victims to go and report at Fethiye Police Station, that would be good. I started a post on that page a couple of days ago.

Printing the telephone number that the Inspector has just posted would be good too. Thank you.

He was at the complex next door to me yester dont want to put on here where i am, mainly because of the poor folk who got burgled after posting, but am in the Nevada hotel region too.
Myself and another lady were in the pool chatting and he suddenly appeared next door down the side, he held up the fish grinned and said something prob ' fish' I shouuted no and quickly said to the other lady ignore him hes a pervert pesters and kisses young girls who are sunbathing so she also shouted something to him and he was gone quick as a flash, it woukd have been too late to do anything about it time I got out of pool etc..
I would be happy to keep him chatting if I spotted him again if I knew someone would be along soon to nab him not sure how I coukd go about that though...

It seems he works a lot around the Nevada and Canal area as this seems to be were he is most sighted. We are in that area too.
I can say that he does seem to know something about fish he took fish to our neighbour when she was in her garden, fortunately her husband was inside and came out.  They  said they would buy the fish and he offered to come into the house and fillet it.  He did this quite expertly, but my neighbour said he was expensive.
Perhaps, the police should take his picture down to the Fish Market and see if anyone there knows him??  He could be a worker there.

After looking at this mans photo we are 99% sure this man was walking along the prom last Tuesday 22 june  with four bags of fish  we were in bamboo around 2 pm having a drink & snack when he offered bamboo staff fish to purchase  they declined  next he went into nil bar but was asked to leave pronto then into the beach house next door to nil bar in for a short while and came out with two bags so must have sold the other two bags fish ,.
god forbid the people who ate this fish later  as it was very hot around 38 degrees the fish must have been very hot indeed in these clear plastic bags,  we then saw him on our way back to our hotel  some 15 mins later with no bags walking past  eddies silver shop towards the bridge
