One good thing has come out of the Trump election: TTIP is dead! TTIP is the proposed Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership agreement. I have been signing petitions against this extremely dangerous instrument and chipping-in to campaign funds for a few years now. It would have given great power to US firms to take governments to international court for preventing them from free entry into the country's economy. That includes things like the NHS and British education. But Obama has now abandoned it because Trump won't accept pre-existing trade agreement. Unfortunately CETA went through a few weeks ago, despite some forlorn last minute opposition from Walloonia, and that is about as bad - some say worse.

It turns out that some of Trump's biggest supporters are KKK and NF. In this context NF doesn't mean National Front but Nigel Farage - or maybe it doesn't make that much difference.

But didn't the EU negotiate this (mostly in secret)?

And it was approved by UK Gov.
