Hi Lisa, 40k is still possible. Remember to add the tax/purchase costs on top (about 3%).

We were looking at a similar budget last year.

Drop me a mail by clicking on my Profile if you would like more information. Happy to recommend some estate agents as well if that is of use

Steve

Hello lisa and welcome.

I think you have already asked this question on another section and received some feedback. I believe you will be ok but you need to do some work yourself by researching this site using the search facility at the top and scouring websites.  The sites will give you a guide and you can line up agents for when you come over and see for real.

Good luck

Teresa

Hi Lisa, welcome to the forum, I bought a 2bed appartment without a pool 3yrs ago, fully furnished for £16,500 it's now worth about£36,000, when Dalaman airport is open all year, the tunnel is finished, plus ski resort is done, prices could escalate, buy ur dream home as soon as pos. Alan
