Hi Turkeytim and Connie, welcome to the forum. We returned last night from a two week visit to our house in Gunlukbasi and the only thing we find that softens the blow about leaving is planning the next visit. We hope you have as much enjoyment from your visits as we do.

Thanks for that info, I have considered it myself but was not sure what the delivery would be like as the post going the other way always sounds hit and miss.

Merhaba, my name is lucy, me and my mum went to turkey last year and we loved it! so much so that we are going back to look for a house in calis this year in june. This website has been really good to look at and has made us really excited about buying a house out there.
The maximum amount we have to spend is £40,000 can anyone tell me if thats enough to buy a half desent House, flat, villa, apartment?

Hi Jane
If you click on "new topic" at bottom of page you can start your own introduction page and then you will get loads of nice replies and no doubt plenty educated comments on your enquiry as to whether £40K will buy anything.
Good luck with your search and a Happy 2006 :D:D
