Hi and a warm welcome to the Forum. Try the search for buying a bike, it only came up a few days ago.
ADSL......256/64Kbps costs about 50ytl a month. Not certain but you may be able to get faster....Try www.telekom.gov.tr you may get some info there.

a 512 conection with telecom is 99 tl a month (unlimited downloads)
there is a new bike shop opened on the migros road
i ve seen bikes from 125 tl

I had an ADSL line for a time last year as I was 'working from home' in Turkey while we waited for my husbands visa to come through.
I had a 1MB line - cost was 166YTL a month (plus the cost of the land line).
