roast turkey and all the trimmings (also stuffing and bacon wrapped sausages etc.)
salmon fillet on a bed of parsley mash with lemon and herb sauce

dessert:
homemade Xmas pudding with brandy butter and / or cream
luxury chocolate and amaretto mousse
fruits of the forrest Eton Mess (meringues and cream)

tea or coffee with mint chocolate crisps and glass of liqueur
