Try a visit to Patara Beach. It's about 65km along the D400 towards Antalya and boasts a beautiful 12km white sandy beach and spectacular ancient ruins of the Lycian capital. Costs 5TL per person entry and free parking.

Patara is definitely a place to visit, but as well as the beach and ruins take the road into the village itself (you can't miss it, it's where the few shops are on the road down to the beach).  It's like a different world there, very traditional Turkish, sadly some of it is looking a bit shabby now but the people you meet in the shops/bars/restaurants are some of the friendliest you'll meet anywhere.
