Where are these?
What are they like these days ? Did a search but the last post is 2009 so not that current!
Are there any lokantas closeby that can be recommended?
Someone at work going so trying to be helpful!

No Andy that's the Caretta Apartments

Camelia is the one Cenk & Olga used to run - quite roomy apartments and always good value. They are near the canal in a road parallel to Baris Mango Bulvari so close to the dolphinless roundabout - so plenty of local bars and restaurants, in fact most of those in Calis!

I stayed there when Cenk & Olga were running it and liked it and the location. Also went to several BBQs there and the pool is lovely.

same thing!:D yes I did think of Cenk and Olgas place then decided it was across the road lol but couldnt make out the sign from here:D

I thought it was Cenk and Olgas at one time too as I think I'd heard mention of the bar-b-q's but it didnt help as I never went! I think it looks from a map I found that its not far from our place and sort of up the road opposite the tennis courts? Thanks for responses so far - any help with local turkish eateries would be useful .

No not up the road opposite the tennis courts - if you leave the prom over the bridge and keep walking, a left turn about half way between the dolphin roundabout and Aydin Pide roundabout, straight on to canal, turn right, there it is.

That isn't a huge yellow rubber ring from outer space, that's my marker for Camelia

The nearest bars are PJs and Aydin Pide We timed it from Camelia to Calis front where the veiwing platform is walking it took 10 mins. this afternoon with a following breeze.
