Hi forum members

, I have a lovely little Villa in Uzumlu that I want to put on the market; would anyone be able to give me some advice on good estate agents to use in fethiye, I am considering efes estate & Engel & Volkers are they any good? I need to sort for next week.
Also are there any other costs involed when selling a property apart from the 3% commision charge and solictors fees. Any advice welcomed. Thank you

Premier Estates - contact Tracey. Really good and honest, I used Tracey when I was buying my property.
