Let down by Alpha Rooms

We booked 2 rooms at the Hotel Mediteran in Fethiye on 20th December and have had an email today to say there's been a technical error and our booking has not been secured.
We're really fed up,accommodation has gone up a lot since then we're on a budget as my daughter and her partner etc just wanted a cheap break.

The Hotel Daffodil is a similar price, but reviews are very mixed.....

any ideas? (I have a few that I would like to do to Alpha Rooms but best not repeated on a public forum!)

thanks Keith, yes they have Mediteran but no availability... I cant believe Alpha can get away with this! They offered us an alternative but we dont want to stay in Ovacik.
We originally paid just under £300 for 2 rooms, now the cheapest we can find anywhere is over £500

very very annoyed!

Just have a quick check on what is available for your dates - I don't know why but some Calis hotels only show in Fethiye searches and some Fethiye hotels are only found in Calis searches.

yes, have been doing that. Sunshine are always good value,and reliable too.
We always book early to get best deals, now we will have to just pay more.
Could always take a supply of dehumidifiers and go back to Letoon.........!

Hi Linda,Try Bostons hotel,its just being refurbed was only taken over last year by Carol and Recep.Cant remember tel number,but you can contact Carol,she is bagpus on here.Hope this helps
