Download a copy of Malwarebytes Anti Malware from
hereInstall it and update the database, then boot to safe mode. Run the app in safe mode, it may ask for a reboot - reboot back into safe mode and run it again.
It would do no harm to run CCleaner also in safe mode.
The file mia.lib isn't part of Windows but often associated with third party applications such as InstallAware and AdAware. One solution would be to re-install the application if you can work out which one it is - it may be CCleaner, although I'm not 100% sure.
