It is probably from one of the boats....or perhaps from a cruise liner that has sneaked up the canal when no one was looking. ;D :o :-X :angel:
You might have a point Jacqui as I'm sure the canal will be affected by the tides - maybe the crap was just on it's way back after being sent inland from the boats ;)
Liners only dump when they are at sea so it's unlikely they are the culprits - so you can sleep easy on that one ;)
Surprised you haven't found a way to blame the Sensatori customers - maybe they dumped it on one of their rare excursions from the all inclusive luxury that they are so reluctant to leave? :)

Who else could it be.? Perhaps if Tink's is on patrol in the area he could try and capture the culprits on film,
and ask them to cut the crap.!! ;)
