Bin Laden: The Real Story

Nice one, Scorcher. But to get this topic back on track - I have been informed (by Andrew Morton on the Bacon Radio 5 LIve programme) that the operation against Bin Laden was delayed so it wouldn't clash with the Royal Wedding.

A pity really because BBC switching between Westminster Abbey and a compound in Pakistan every few minutes would have made my TV viewing possibilities a damn sight more interesting on that day. Can you imagine Wedding fashion watchers getting a bit confused and asking whether turbans were the new "in" thing.

I heard that the fashion Guru Gwok has been signed up to do a make-over on Bin Laden, after which Bin Laden will be dueting a tv theme tune with Dennis Waterman. The royalties from the duet will finance his trip to the moon, on a double decker bus, to meet up with Elvis and Michael Jackson.
I know this is true because I heard it from a waiter, who heard it from a bar man, who heard it from his brother, who heard it from his sister who lives in Ponty Pandy.

No no no that's not correct, my gardener confirmed this morning that the shot by the Mafia/FBI man from the grassy knoll in Llangollen was the shot that took out Bin Laden.  And he should know he actually knows four barmen!!
