just back from 5 weeks in calis and a repatriation flight via bodrum ,holiday extended by 2 days (fantastic) but got home in the end
and i must say the pepper steak at cafe inn has got to be one of the best ive had bar Ribs and Rump in manly australia

had some Buffalo twirls from the Farmers market.  Bit like a minute steak rolled up.  Very tasty but very tough.  Bought two packets so looking for a better way to cook them..frying did not work.

Thanks Liz.  I wondered about cooking in the oven but might be better in slow cooker.
