Are you renting or do you have your own home? 3 year agreement if renting, 5 if you own.
I wish I understood the governments agenda on this. I think a one year at a time renewal is going to make me feel a bit unsettled.
I renewed my 5 year vise at the beginning of this year and applied for another 5 year one which I received,no problem.I have only rented in Turkey and never owned my own property here.

I am on my husbands medıcal ınsurance and we used ıt last week wıth no problems. It does go up ın prıce usually twıce a year. We have had ıt for 4 years . I also understood rental applıcatıons could only get 3 years resıdency.
