can anybody tell me where I can hire a jet ski for half a day? What sort of cost are they and are there restrictions I need to be mindful of so not to annoy anybody?

thanks

You can hire them at Tuana Beach, which is at Yaniklar. Head on the Dalaman road in the Dalaman direction and after about 10 minutes you will be in Yaniklar, look for the Majesty resort hotel signs just before the road bridge, follow the arrows for the hotel (turn left) and head down that road till you hit the beach.

Can't help with costs though.

they also hire speed boats, best time is first thing in the morning as sea is smoother, prices as I remember are expensive but the guy who runs it who's name is like vincent will cut a deal.

They definitely don't have them at the Surf Club.
