Morning Brian,
With regard to the legalities. To compare Turkey with the UK in anything is vertually impossible. We have changed home in the UK March this year the builder/developer and us used the same solicitor, we were both totaly happy with the transaction and made a saving on cost for both. NH owners bar a very few seem to use in house solicitor for many years if there was a problem of any kind we would all have heard about it. Brian the system is simple and works.
