I too had difficulties with FTC website this last few days. I couldn't get past the 1st page for 2 days. This morning, I got all the way through & pressed the authorise for the payment & got an error message back, server down or something like that. I thought I would leave it for a couple of hours before trying again.
Lucky I did & fortunately I checked my spam box beforehand cos there was my itinery all booked & paid for
