There are several lokantas behind the state hospital, also the one previously mentioned, opposite Alo24, is good. The problems is that many cater mainly for lunchtimes. Seckin in Gunlukbasi is 24 hours and definitely Turkish! The best Turkish food I've had along Calis Prom is in the Seketur hotel restauant, which is a open buffet, open summer season only though.

The Megri lokanta in Fethiye is good - we make a night of it by going in early and enjoying a G & T at one of the harbour bars (usually the Hello bar where the G & T is extremely strong) watch the sunset then wander round the harbour to the Megri for a turkish meal off the front counter.  Always enjoy the whole evening and it makes a change from Calis.
