Yes I saw that. I looks like there will now be a road that goes between and links the 2 roads either side of Club E. I'm not sure why though as its seems a lot of time and resources for little effect. My only thought was that it had something to do with the new prom.

When you say the old bridge behind club e do you mean the old concrete small bridge or the new fancy bridge over the river that only went up last year?

The old bridge that has been there years and hadn't been used for a long time as they put up the fence so you couldnt really get to it.

We now have a climbing wall erected there, right next to the most under used Beach Volleyball courts on the planet.
