We bought through Intuturk (Cenk and Olga) not one problem, we still use Olga to pay our bills apartment cleans and the like.

We did not buy through Cenk, but that was a long time ago and now I know of him and his reputation there is no one else I would use to buy or sell property with. 
We also just started to use Olga for our maintenance and are really impressed with her standard of care and attention. ;D  ;)
