Estate Agents

Hello my husband and I are currently searching for properties for sale on the internet in the Calis/Fethiye area.
We came across a company Turkey Twinkles where we found a lovely property but not sure about these
agents as the advice we have been given is to use agents in Turkey.( Twinkles in UK) Anyone had any dealings with Turkey Twinkles and any feedback
would be appreciated.

there is a good one a lot of people use on this forum called cenk and olga

Use Interturk Estates in Calis - Cenk and Olga have over 10 years of experience and not one person who didn't get their tapu (deeds). Unlike some others who people trusted and lost everything. Plenty of happy customers on this very forum, who will be delighted to share their purchasing experience. Why even bother looking elsewhere.

Turkey Twinkles is a woman in the UK working for herself. Not sure how much use she'll be over there if there's a problem with your purchase 2000 miles away in Turkey.

another very reputable agent is European Estates,  in Fethiye but dealing with property in Calis,  Hisaronu etc,  highly recommended  and extremely trustworthy

Turkey Twincles used to be a great site.
I followed it for years before settleing in Fethiye.
She just acts as an agent for various estate agents inTurkey. She will arange viewings meetings and even get the local agent to book accomodation here.
Although I didn't buy one of her properties we did buy through the agent recomended by her.
A good sight to see a selection of properties thoughout turkey but not nesseserally one to buy from.

I would recommend Oceanwide they have an office in Fethiye on the seafront near the trampolines. Really patient not pushy at all. English speaking staff no communication problems
