Hi

I own property in Turkey already, but am keen to buy again in a different area, so am checking out veiws on Callis Beach.  Is this a good area to buy?

I think most people would be bias in answering that question due to the nature of this forum

I guess it depends on the reason for purchase and the proposed property use

Hi and welcome to the Forum. The only way to make substantial short term capital gains is to buy land and build, but this is probably true of most of this corner of Turkey. You probably won't make a fortune out of renting either because there is so much available at this time. :)
