Im in  North wales, Conwy, to be exact, been here for just over a year now.  Im buying the property in Turkey for holidays  but also to rent it out and make some income off it.

Hi Eliot, congratulations on your purchase, I too am from Wales, sister of Patty and I think 95% of the people on this site know what you are going through.  It is a scary procedure, but it is worth the "white knuckle ride"  in the end.  We are 100% glad we bought our property in Turkey, it was the best thing we ever did, and the most scariest, but it worked out great for us, and for everyone else on this site.  Well done, keep us all up to date on whats going on, besides being a friednly lot here on the site, we are also a nosey lot.

Theres nearly about the same distance in it too, only differnce is I can get a train here to Pwllheli, never did get to try the dolmus in turkey, I know you will probably say I hav'nt lived yet ) Maybe when I go back sometime April or May.

 How often are you in calis and will you be going to this party in May that Ive been reading about on here..?
