hi my name is Mandy and i'm a new member living in Fethiye.  i first lived here in 1985 for 6 years, then backwards and forwards until last year when u came out with my newly retired husband.
i speak fluent turkish and read and write a bit too, which is incredibly useful!!
We love the weather, scenery and generally laid back lifestyle here.

Merhaba Mandy welcome to the forum which I know you will find very useful. Me and my hubby Nigel are learning Turkish and I can communicate enough to get by with the locals. We love the the language it's beautiful but very difficult. My Turkish teacher suggests i spend more time in Turkey to practice and improve and this is my future plan.
