My brother keeps getting his computer locked by someone who says he owes £39.99 for subscribing to a website. He has never joined anything unless he has clicked on something in error. He was tempted to pay up just to stop it even though he doesn't know what it is for but is very dubious about giving them his bank details. Does anyone know how to stop this? If he buys a new computer will they still be able to lock his new one? Any help would be welcome. Thanks, Linda
