We have just heard today that the times of our flights on 2nd September to Tunisia have been changed.
The change is as follows:
Depart going out was 13:00 on Sunday NOW 23:00 - i.e night flight and worse
Depart coming home was 16:35 on Sunday NOW 04:30 on MONDAY - i.e another flight home after which I have to drive 200 miles to get home.
Needless to say I'm furious and someone is going to get a rocket tomorrow.At the moment I'm taking the first piece of advice my boss gave my when I started working. If you are angry, never react immediately - sleep on it and if, in the morning you still feel you have been hard done by - go for it.
Ahead of all that, does anyone know what our options are. Can we ask for a refund, an alternative, compensation or be allowed to cancel at no cost.
