Hi Everyone

My name is Michelle and i am new to the Forum. My parents have lived in Calis for 5 years and my dad in particular is well know. We went out in July and went to see ALi's Capricorn Villas and were very impressed on my return to work my boss then flew out to look and as a result we have bought one between us as a holiday home/rental apartment.

It will be ready for February 2008 so can't wait to stay in our own place. Would love to hear from anyone who resides in the area and have experience of letting and tax implications etc.

Only a celeb in Calis due to the fact that he likes his Effes and goes in every bar and talks to very one. His name is Bernard and he lives up near Gunlabashi in a little complex of 11 houses mostly ex-pats with a couple of very nice Turkish neighbours. Hes a regular at the Calis beach Restaurant, Almina and Berk.
