Being regulars to Fethiye and sometimes eating fantastic Pide at the restaurant next to the Dolmus drop off point me and my good lady have often wondered where those Dolmus's take you so this year we will just jump on one and see where it takes us and just enjoy the adventure.. now bearing in mind we have been to Saklikent and Gocek is there anywhere else members could suggest we could go on a Dolmus??:D

What a great idea, a little on the hot side to do that now, but when the weather cools I think it could be interesting. load up with 1TL coins and off you go.

Karagozler and the bays are near by, dropping you off at a nice bay with refreshments.

Koycegiz, drop in and say hi to Crabbit for a very warm welcome (wadda ya want!!!!)

there are so many I think you will have a great time.

We stayed at Hisaronu and had heard of Calis.  One day we got dolmus to fethiye and as we got off a Dolmus driver shouted Calis Beach so we hopped on and went there instead.
freedom to do what you want that is what holidays are about.

8)Go for it Steve and lets know how you got on and where you ended up.We tried it once years ago when we were in Bodrum, we got to the first bus station and met up with a lovely old turkish man, had a drink with him looked at all of his family photos, chatted away in broken English, Turkish and sign language, one drink led to another next thing his 4 sons came looking for him and they invited us to their restraunt, needless to say never got there or anywhere else that day.but we'll never forget that lovely man. ;)
