I cant get into the article, but basically there is not a problem with foreign nationals purchasing a property land, house, both or have land and a property built, as long as it falls with the boundaries of the imar plani (sites for improvement etc) . There are areas that this will cause a problem, to over come this many have opted to set up a company enabling them to purchase, it is not an easy option (although some agents will tell otherwise) the problem I have been informed is when the purchase wants to dissovle the company.
