the photos are fantastic and make me glad NOT to be in Calis for once! Its grey and miserable here but its not biblical like it is there. When do you expect the plague of locusts?

Did you use a single lens reflex with a 50mm lens and slow shutter speed - or was that a lucky shot?:D

Confession time  :-\

I used Mrs Scunner's £29.99 Praktika digital camera (any more technology is wasted on her lol) because it was to hand.

The battery was dying and the lightning photo was about one second after pressing the button.

So, using my immense photgraphic skill with fully charged batteries, I would have missed it  :)
