Hi James
Welcome to the forum, why do you say resale rather than new?

Welcome James - good luck in finding your dream property. Ask away if you have any questions - or do a search for anything you need to know - most topics have been covered at some point in the last 4.5 years or so. here are some great resale properties out there as well as some nice new ones also. Not sure which path I would go down if I was buying now.

Welcome James
Make sure you do your homework before signing on the dotted line. As has been pointed out already there is a wealth of information on the site so make good use of it and good luck.
We bought off-plan 4 years ago and haven't regretted it.  True, we had to wait for the build to be completed before we had our property but it's so nice to have it all brand new.
