It's probably not the jolliest thread ever posted on here, but in light of the anniversary of the Munich disaster, I got to thinking about other disasters that have occured in the world in my lifetime and how they affected me.
My first memory of a disaster is the Aberfan one. I remember learning about it on a Sunday school outing to the seaside . The images on television affected me greatly and I couldnt understand as a child myself why God would let that happen to other children.
