Hi Nigel and welcome to the CBF.
We are not far away from you (near Braintree)and as you mentioned it is a shame you cant get certain flights from Stansted,we wanted 10 days in May so Gatwick it has to be.I would think availability of flights will improve,things change as last year we were hoping for a budget airline to fly to Dalaman and along comes Easyjet,allbeit from Gatwick

As an Essex couple the strife and i are from chelmsford and basildon respectively. good on yer for buying and look forward to you retiring here and making up the numbers. hope you support west ham?
