You may have noticed that I am not a film buff (more of a swarthy beige) and I can't manage to sit through an entire film most times.
I have found a film which I wondered if any other members have seen - described as 'cult' - which I thought meant crap

Restless Natives is a film first made in the 80's on a low budget, in Scotland. I can't understand why, but there is just something about it - it is intriguing, silly, serious, daft, amusing, dark, cheap and atmospheric all in one.
An unlikely storyline of two young unremarkable lads in 80's Edinburgh with dead end jobs who hatch a scheme to hold up coach loads of American tourists in the Scottish Highlands, wearing a clown and a wolfman mask. Totally incompetent but highly successful they become cult figures themselves.
It's one weird film without a chance of success but reviews show quite differently. As I said, there is something about it - even the kids love it.
